Meeting Minutes from Major Debates
The first resolution, dated to January 19th, 1895, reads, “Resolved: That the honor system at the University has deteriorated”. The second, from January 26th of that same year, reads, “Resolved: That the University should have a President”. The final debate resolution pictured here dates back to February 9th, 1895, and reads, “Resolved: That Coeducation would be injurious to the University of Virginia”.
