Sample Meeting Minutes (1876)


These excerpted minutes were taken on March 18th, March 25th, and April 1st, 1876, by then-Secretary B.K. Marshall. The March 18th minutes mention a debate on the question “Would free trade be advantageous to the United States?”, as well as discussions on an “Intermediate Celebration”.
