Virginia Spectator Agreement (1942)
This agreement, drawn up on January 15th, 1942, and submitted to the Student Senate on April 27th that same year, outlines the incorporation of the Virginia Spectator, Incorporated and Crust Magazine into the Virginia Spectator Magazine. The agreement delineates the formation of a Board of Trustees to oversee the Virginia Spectator Magazine, and also dictates that the new magazine will assume the debts of the preceding Virginia Spectator, Incorporated.
